ceemageMany of you may already be sponsoring people for the Great North Run this weekend. But, if you haven't, can I put forward for your consideration Karen Knowles, who is running for St Clare's Hospices. Hospices are an essential part of the health care system, and not usually part of the NHS, so public donations are key in keeping them going.
