Another fanzeen article, another namecheck

I am, of course, a shameless name-dropper even at the best of times. But when I'm in a medium that positively encourages it, like a SF fanzeen article, then (like Oscar) I can resist everything except temptation. wwhyte is the victim target this time.

DAMN you, Sullivan. I've been about to write the Bill-Bryson-as-fanzine-writer article for a couple of years now, and you gazump me.

I don't think a single-line reference in a multi-themed article precludes you. All you need to do is start it something like "I realised long before that pipsqueak upstart ceemage that Bill Bryson is, in fact, a fanzeen writer in disguise..." and roll with it from there.

Are there any other "X is a fanzeen writer" topics you need me to steer clear of? At the moment, I have plans for Winston Churchill and Max Miller.
