Dropbox has agreed to surrender to its landlord 165,244 square feet of office space and pay $79 million in termination fees. I'm guessing that they feel it'd be somewhat hypocritical to join the "compulsory return to the office" push that much off the rest of Silicon Valley is undertaking.
