I notice that the BBC news website has changed its headline from "Twitter removes Beyonce and Pope's blue ticks" to "Twitter removes Beyonce and Ronaldo's blue ticks." Thereby implying that Ronaldo is more famous than the Pope. Also implying that the Queen B is more famous than both of them, but I guess that's a given. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-65344010

Dominic Raab's resignation letter is a bit wordy, isn't it? By contrast, one of Thatcher's ministers allegedly sent a resignation letter consisting of "Dear Margaret, You have asked me to resign. This I hereby do. Yours sincerely..."

The chap standing behind the BBC reporter on College Green (the grassy space opposite the Palace of Westminster that all the news outlets use as an impromptu interview area) wants us to “turn away from sin and follow Jesus.“ I suspect the BBC are not too fussed at him stand there, on the basis that at least the sign has no rude words and/or any insults aimed at government ministers. Plus, if the camera stays on his sign long enough, presumably this counts towards the BBC’s quota of religious content?
