Snow Walks

My Google-fu is clearly slipping, as I can't know find the original source of the quote that _"England is the greatest country in the world; as it's the only country in the world where you can take your dog for a walk every day of the year."_ This axiom has been tested to destruction this morning, but both Oscar and I are pleased to report that it's still (just about) true.
