There seems to have been a subtle change in the BBC Weather app. In the hourly forecasts, you never, ever used to get a 0% chance of rain in any given hour. (Presumably on the basis that "This is England, after all. There is NEVER a zero percent chance of rain.") But both today's and tomorrow's forecast have 0% chance of rain for several hours during the day. Is this a policy change and, if so, when did it happen?
