Significant continuity snafu in tonight's #CallTheMidwife, set in 1968. A minor plot thread was about problems with the Whitsun Faire. Unfortunately, 1968 was, in reality, the first year the Whit Monday Bank Holiday was replaced by the "new-fangled" Late May Bank Holiday (which usually, but not always, co-incides with US Memorial Day).
